RouraWidgets Terms of Use

Effective: October 8, 2026 Provider: ROURA-IO LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, publishing apps as Roura Tech ("we"). Contact: support@roura.tech

These terms add to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to RouraWidgets. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement controls.

  1. The app. RouraWidgets lets you design Home Screen widgets that open other apps, Shortcuts and websites, and show information you allow.
  2. Other apps belong to their makers, and we aren't affiliated with them.
  3. Whether an app opens depends on that app and its links.
  4. RouraWidgets Pro. Pro is sold through Apple as a Monthly or Yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
  5. Prices and periods are shown before you buy.
  6. Free trial. A trial, if offered, becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  7. Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
  8. Cancelling. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
  9. Refunds are handled by Apple.
  10. Lifetime means for as long as we offer RouraWidgets.
  11. If Pro ends, your designs stay saved, and Pro-only parts fall back to free equivalents.
  12. Generated content. Describe a Widget and image backgrounds use Apple's on-device and Image Playground features where your device supports them.
  13. Results can be wrong or unavailable. Check them before you apply or share them.
  14. Information on your Home Screen. Widgets can show your calendar, reminders, notes, Health totals and habits where other people can see them. You choose what to add. Health and fitness figures are informational, not medical advice.
  15. Sharing. Only share designs and pictures you have the right to share. Imported designs are shown as a preview first, and you decide whether to add them.
  16. Acceptable use. Don't reverse engineer the app, misuse its features, or use it to break the law.
  17. No warranty. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". Widget refresh timing is controlled by iOS.
  18. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows:
  19. we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages;
  20. our total liability is limited to what you paid for RouraWidgets in the 12 months before the claim.
  21. Governing law. New Jersey law governs these terms, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
  22. Changes. We may update these terms. We'll change the date above. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
